I ordered my usual size, but the fit was completely different from the last time I bought from them. The top felt way too small, while the bottoms were oddly loose. It’s frustrating because I don’t really know what I’m supposed to do next, exchange for a different size, return the whole thing, or just avoid ordering online from them again. Makes it hard to trust their sizing

The fabric is soft, so at first I was like, okay, this feels nice. But then I noticed it’s kind of thin, and I kept thinking, hmm, I’m not sure how well this is going to hold up. It’s not bad, just not quite as substantial as I was hoping.

I ordered from L*Space and the delivery was such a headache. I’ve shopped online plenty of times and dealt with the occasional delay before, but this was worse because the tracking barely updated and the package showed up way later than the estimated date.
I reached out to support and only got a vague response that didn’t really help. I needed the order for a trip, and it missed the date completely, so I was disappointed. Probably won’t be ordering from them again.

I emailed LSPACE twice about a return, and yeah, never got an actual answer. Just the automated reply saying they got my message, then it was totally quiet for days.
I tried reaching out again and still didn’t get any help. For how much their stuff costs, I expected way better customer service. It’s super frustrating, and it kind of makes me not want to order from them again.

I checked out the sale expecting the prices to be a lot better, but everything still felt expensive. It kind of came across as misleading. When I reached out, the response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” messages, which just made it more annoying. Not really impressed.

I ordered a swimsuit from lspace.com, and for the most part the photos were accurate, but the color definitely looked brighter online than it did in person. It wasn’t a huge difference, but still annoying because I spent way too much energy comparing shades and second-guessing which one to pick.
The fit and overall style did match the pictures, so I’ll give them that. I just wish they had more photos in normal lighting or on different body types, because it would’ve saved me the hassle. Not a bad purchase, just not quite what I pictured from the website

My order showed up quickly, and most of it was right. One of the tops was the wrong color, though. The size was fine and everything else in the order was okay, so it’s not even about that — it was just kind of annoying to have to reach out and get it fixed. Customer service did take care of it, but I wish it had been right the first time.

I did get the item exchanged, so everything worked out in the end. It just took longer than I personally think it should have, and I usually expect this kind of thing to move a bit faster. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

The stuff is cute and it fits okay, but I was a little bummed. I bought it hoping to wear it for plans I had, and then once I tried it on, it just didn’t feel worth the full price. Not terrible, just disappointing enough that it kind of ruined the outfit idea I had in mind.

I tried using the site on my phone, but it kept jumping around and the filters were really awkward to deal with. Checkout was confusing too, and I felt kind of left in the dark about what I was supposed to do next. After struggling with it for a while, I just gave up before buying anything.

The item itself was fine, but the box showed up with a noticeable dent on one corner. I know it’s a small thing, but I always notice stuff like creased edges and crushed corners, especially when it looks like it got bumped around in shipping. Not a huge deal, just wish the packaging had been a little sturdier.
